Clairfontaine DL envelopes, (DL apparently stands for Diplomat Long), designed for A4 paper to be folded into thirds, these are a quality 90gsm envelope from well a known paper manufacturer, at a reasonable price. Self adhesive sticky strip, so no licking required.
PLEASE NOTE; these are Clairfontaine Branded envelopes, and are good quality, but they are not the Triomphe envelopes that are widely available at many Stationery shops, that run double the price at minimum.
