“Salix” is the scientific genus name for willows, a large and widespread group of deciduous shrubs and trees. The name “Salix” is Latin, and it’s thought to be related to Celtic words meaning “near water” which is a common habitat for willows.
this is a modern Iron Gall ink. While no special precautions are suggested for use in modern pens, it is suggested to thoroughly and fully clean the pen monthly, regardless of usage amounts.
