b7 Bulky is a low-density, high-bulk paper produced at the Ishinomaki Mill of Nippon Paper Industries. The Ishinomaki Mill was directly hit by the tsunami that followed the Great East Japan Earthquake. b7 Bulky was produced at the Ishinomaki Mill one year after the earthquake as a sign of recovery from the shutdown. The [b7] is derived from the developer’s favorite guitar chord [B7] and has the meaning of [harmony].
